The hypotheses formulated were tested using multiple regression at 0.05 level of significance. The result business planning plays the most significant role in sustainability among undergraduates, while skill acquisition and education integration contribute positively but without strong impact. Innovation negatively affects sustainability, possibly due to poor implementation.
