The instrument was trial-tested and the reliability of the instrument was determined using Cronbach Alpha statistics which yielded coefficients of 0.88 and 0.86 for the two subscales respectively. The research questions were answered using mean and standard deviation while independent t-test was used in testing the hypotheses. The findings of the study revealed that undergraduate students of Faculty of Education, University of Benin have a high positive attitude towards ICT. The findings also showed a low level of ICT application among the students.
